Our tailored selection process
- Place Personnel interview all candidates, we shortlist where possible and will
narrow down to a short selection as requested by the client - We discuss each candidate with you prior to submitting CV's and advise you on who we recommend as the strongest candidate
- We arrange interviews and send confirmation to both yourself and the candidate, we ask the candidate to contact us following interview enabling us to contact you with feedback
- Want to offer? We will contact the candidate for you and will send you an acceptance letter on behalf of the candidate
- Fee will be payable on placement of your new employee on the day they commence employment
